Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed online are typically shipped within 24 hours by Fedex or Priority Mail. Orders may be delayed if custom imprinting is ordered or a special order is requested. Custom imprinting takes 10 working days to produce. If an item is backordered from the factory, then we will communicate any delay.
Returns & Replacements
Upon notification by the client by telephone or written request, PHB Company Northwest Inc. will gladly refund or exchange orders minus any shipping costs. PHB will send a check or refund the credit card used in the transaction.

Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information
Access to accounts are available through the website.  Simply click on Account at the top of the page and enter your e-mail and password that you created during sign-up.  Your account area allows you to check on current order status, past orders and update preferences.
